Museum Pass Program
Museum Pass Program
Note: Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health safety measures, museum pass processes are constantly changing at this time. Patrons are responsible for confirming a museum's current procedures prior to reserving a pass or visiting a museum to ensure they are complying with updated procedures, rules, and regulations.
The Shrewsbury Public Library offers passes to many area museums for CW MARS patrons. To reserve a museum pass, you must be age 18 or over and have a valid library card and PIN. If you don't know your PIN, it may be the last four digits of your phone number. If this doesn't work, please call the Circulation desk at 508-841-8609, x3 to reset it.
Patrons may only book one pass per day. There is a limit of 4 passes that can be reserved at a time. Passes can be picked up the day before your reservation date. In the event that the library is closed the day before your reservation date, the passes may be picked up on the next available day that the library is open. Passes must be returned to the library the day they are used, or at least before opening the next day. Passes can be returned at the main desk or in the book drop after hours. Coupon passes are exchanged at the institution at the time of your visit. If you have any questions about whether a particular pass must be returned, please ask a librarian at the Circulation desk.
You can reserve a museum pass online or in person when the library is open. If you would prefer to reserve a pass by phone, please have the date, the museum or attraction you wish to visit, and your library card ready, and call our Circulation department at 508-841-8609, x3. Please review the Library's Museum Pass Policy before attempting to book a pass.
